Hi, I had the same problem, didn’t find any key on what it means, customer service never replay email related to the problem. Sent it to service, long story short they told me they needed to replace mother board, weeks later they told me they needed to replace a harness, several week latter they haven’t been able to get the harness, they told me the supplier haven’t sent the replacement. Been at service center since February

Out of curiosity, where is the service center you shipped it to?
