Do you have test you cable HDMI - controller? (Multimeter/ tester)

Hello, we connected the phone to the monitor, not the drone itself.

i have the HDMI box and it works well, there is a small lag in what you see on the controller to what is displayed on the big screen but it does work good, i would recommend it.
