Sign in to your Norton account:
Visit https://my.norton.com and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to 'Billing Information':
Click on your profile icon and select 'Account Settings'. Then, go to the 'Billing Information' tab.
Delete your payment method:
Under the saved payment methods, click the trash can icon next to the payment method you wish to remove. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Open the Norton app:
Launch the Norton app on your mobile device.
Access 'Manage Subscription':
Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner and select 'Manage Subscription'.
Go to 'Billing Information':
Tap on 'Billing Information'.
Remove payment details:
Select the payment method you wish to delete, tap the edit icon, then choose 'Delete Payment' and confirm the deletion.

When contacting support, request to have your billing information removed from your account.
