This does not appear to be an extremely active forum. I'll throw in my two cents though I you are still having an issue. If the trouble is a break in the line,
https://3dtrcek.com/en/ that can be fixed by soldering any broken wires. If it is a connector, those can be replaced. That would be a matter of identifying the correct connector and knowing the pinout.
gyuto knives I ran across that pinout online but don't remember where now. I'd think that any electronics repair shop could handle that. Even a computer repair shop should be able to fix it as they deal with cables and pinouts as well.
