Up for sale is a used Phoenix ST ROV made by Deep Ocean Engineering, the ROV is 8 feet long and about 2 feet in diameter. The ROV actually comes with a Sea-Mac Marine winch which comes with a cable that allows it to go over 1000 feet. The ROV comes with duplicate repair parts and attachments.

"The unit was purchased for a specific use and it was reported that it was only used twice and then put in storage in the early 2000's and subsequently donated to a University but never again put to use."
