Hi guys, I was hoping someone here could help me. I recently won an auction lot of industrial ROV cutting components that ended up being considerably more than I thought. I paid next to nothing for them but there ended up being 43 wooden crates when I expected just 4! Haha. It looks to be a research and development project. One has been used and has explosive caution stickers on it. So my issue is, what are they? How do they work? and who would want them? Here is some pics, thanks.
