This was rather interesting, someone mentioned this on the Official Chasing Owners Group on Facebook. That there may be possiblities of a trade-in program for your Gladius Mini, so you'd have money put forward for the new M2 underwater drone.
If Chasing ever comes out with this, I really don't expect they'd give much for your Mini, I think you'd be better off listing it on eBay, but hey, maybe some hobbyists wouldn't want to deal with the hastle of selling on eBay.
